1. Returns

You may return products purchased from Dhanwantri Ayurvedya under the following conditions:
- Product Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and unopened condition. All packaging, tags, and labels should be intact.
- Return Window: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to process return requests.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns.

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
- Package the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Clearly mark the RMA number on the package.

Ship the returned product to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Exchanges
